Established since 1946, they have been preparing herbal turtle soup and herbal chicken soups almost every day from as early as 4AM. The preparation process include brewing broths of 20 different kinds of Chinese herbs, segregating different turtle parts before cooking them, and stewing both black and white chickens for the day’s patronisers.

Their Claypot Turtle Soup contains superior meat with more Chinese herbs for a richer and heartier flavour.

Apart from turtle soup, the restaurant also offers two kinds of chicken soup: Ginseng Black Chicken Soup and Herbal Cordycep Chicken Soup.

Their Ginseng Black Chicken Soup (S$13) is carefully prepared and stewed overnight with one whole ginseng. This brings plenty of health benefits like lowering blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

The other soup they offer is the Herbal Cordycep Chicken Soup (S$13). This soup proves to be a healthier choice because of the herbal benefits of the cordycep they used to prepare the broth. It helps with improving the conditions of the kidneys, lungs, blood pressure, and brain memory.

The Mushroom and Cucumber, and Oily Vegetables are great sides to your soup of choice.
